Challenge
The core of my role was earning the trust of SMB founders and executives to invest and growth Google and YouTube Ads. Our challenge was to provide white-glove support from ad production to campaign operations, aligning niche client goals with tailored solutions to generate revenue.
Solution
I learned the best way to build trust is to drive short-term results, presenting a long-term plan with compelling data to back it up. Crafting bespoke campaigns, workshopping A/B tests, enlisting for exclusive betas and whitelists, and more lead to significant client profits.

We leveraged secondary platforms, including Discover, Gmail, Google My Business, Maps, Partners, and Play, to create a multi-channel advertising strategy that aligned with each client’s unique needs and growth goals.

Go-to campaigns included Performance Max, Traditional and Dynamic Search, and YouTube to maximize reach and engagement.
We also used secondary campaigns like App, Call-Only, Discovery, Display, Local, and YouTube Masthead to build a well-rounded strategy that met diverse client objectives.

Surpassing a global division sales record, we closed a $10.5 million quarterly commitment from a previously-dark account, showcasing exponential growth and aligned outcomes.
